　　上课铃响了，大家走进教室，却发现站在讲台前的不是我们的英语老师，而是一个代课老师。

　　我们班的人差不多都到了的时候，老师说：“今天你们这节课自由活动，如果要去教室外面玩的话经过我的同意也可出去。”同学们欢呼了一声：“太棒了！”大家都离开了自己的.位子，跑到了朋友的身边，开始玩。其中速度最快的是爱打篮球的人，他们迅速地跑到讲台桌前，问老师：“我们能打篮球吗？”老师说了一句：“可以。”他们就冲出了教室，往操场跑去。第二快的是玩“三国杀”的人，其中带牌的人把盒子从书包里拿出来，打开盒子，把牌在桌子上放好，立即引来了一群人，就像蜂蜜引来了一群“蜜蜂”。

　　而我不急，慢慢地走向棋柜，拿出中国象棋，找几个朋友和我一起玩。我几乎每一次都能下赢对手。令我惊讶的是，有一个同学居然玩上了手机！教室里非常热闹，每一个角落都有说话声。在操场上打球的人，也发出了很响很响的声音，有些声音连我们也听得到。后来我们班炫耀这件事被别的班听到了，他们都说：“你们好爽啊！”

　　第二天，英语老师来了，一打听才知道昨天她去开会了，语文、数学老师也有事，就让那位老师来代课。

　　从小到大，我们会遇到各种各样的老师，有可能我们会对一些老师产生反感的感情，但有些老师却会让我们留下深刻的印象，并且我会由衷的感到感谢。我的英语老师就是后者，我到现在都非常的感激我的英语老师。

　　我的英语老师有着浓密的卷发，而且还是棕褐色的那种头发，就给人一种很庄重的`感觉，每当他站在我们面前我们就不学而立我们会觉得他是一个非常严厉老师，她给我们的第一印象正是这样。他长的很高，我觉得大概应该有一米七吧，她还带了一个黑色框的眼镜，给人一种非常像模像样的样子。我们第一次见面的时候他也就是这样对我们的它非常的严厉，他告诉我们我们不能触犯他的每一个错误的地方比如说不交作业上课必须要做的挺直，不能有任何小动作。如果交头接耳那么下课就得罚站这种规则。

　　很多老师对我们的感觉都是这样，如果我们第一眼不喜欢他，往往越往后就越喜欢他，英语老师这是给我们这样的感觉，越来越到后面，我们才知道他这样对我们这么严厉，就是为了我们的成绩，我们的成绩是年级第一，很好的说明了宇老师对我们的作用。他很抗拒那种传统的教育方法，她觉得那些语法太过于生硬，他更乐意用口语与我们交流，传授我们知识，有时他会在课堂上说很多英语，让我们用英语回答体验英语课不同样的感觉。这是我们以前老师都没有教会我们的，我觉得他给了我们很好的先例，让我们可以能够通过自己喜欢的方式，灵活的去学习各种科目，而不是生搬硬套，服从于传统。

　　我们的英语老师在生活中也很关照，我们有时候他看到课堂上有些学生，但心情可能不太好，就会跟他们交流，并且帮他们问力所能及的解决问题，这就是真正老师应该有的样子啊，正是因为我的英语老师的各种优点，所以我的英语成绩也一直保持在一个良好的位置。

　　是的，我又看见了那个像“C”一样的月牙儿，带着一丝笑容，是我一下子想到了我的英语老师——潘老师。

　　这学期教我们的英语老师是潘老师，她是一位让人第一眼看见，就能给人一种信任感的老师。因为她总是面带笑容，她这一笑眼角的'皱纹就会显示出来。这并不是说她老，而是觉得她特别有亲切感。因为我觉得只有发自内心的笑容，才会有一丝皱纹。

　　我的英语成绩一向是全班的倒数几名，回想上学期期末英语考试，我就“英勇争夺”了全班的唯一的不及格。这使我在同学面前丢尽了脸面。

　　我这学期第一次默写单词就只得了60分，这使我很快沮丧起来。潘老师说：“90分一下的小朋友们，在我这里背出错的单词与课文后就可以回家了。”看着一位位同学在老师那过关后，我心里痒痒的。要在平时我早就盘算着如何溜之大吉。但今天我不想再背着这个包袱了，总不能第一次就给老师留下不好的印象吧。

　　不就是几个单词和一篇课文吗？这有什么难？可是这个单词怎么读，那个单词怎么念……等一系列的问题频频向我袭来。我又开始盘算起了如何溜走。

　　而然潘老师看了看我说：“不懂的同学可以去问问自己的同桌。”我一下子羞愧了起来，我知道潘老师是在对自己说。然后我便去问了，问了我的同桌、后桌、左桌……该问的都问了，可惜我还是不懂。又问了好几遍。

　　当顾老师下达放学的命令时，这些“百事通”们就一位位都走了。我急了，但是当我偷偷看着潘老师的时候，看见她依然对我一笑时，我忐忑不安的心才得以平静。我花了好长时间，觉得我能背的熟练的时候，再看看潘老师看见她依然在哪里等着。才慢吞吞地到潘老师那去背。可是一开背就忘了一大堆，我看看潘老师，只见她依然笑呵呵地看着我。我的脸顿时烧了起来，心想：老师一定会叫我回去重背的……我一定会背不出来的……

　　我对潘老师尴尬地笑了笑，准备拿着默写本回去再背时。潘老师微笑地说：“别紧张。”我就像被施了魔法似的，一下子全背了出来。最后老师温柔地对我说：“好了，去打一个五角星吧。”

What s the most important; some teachers may become indulgent with their students because of this new system.
