我的英语老师姓陆，是位女教师。她的身材胖胖的，脾气时好时坏。她的脾气要是好的时候，对我们细声细语，温柔极了。她的脾气要是坏的时候，她就对我们大吼大叫，那声音如同山崩地裂，我们就得坐得纹丝不动，难受极了。
三年级下学期时，有一天，陆老师急匆匆地走进教室大声叫道：“你们怎么只交来这么一点本子？没带的'站起来！一、二、三、四……既然有三十几人没带，给我出去写十遍！”被陆老师叫出去写的同学，有的站着写，有的坐着写，还有的趴着写。不一会他们就一个接着一个的回到自己座位上了。
现在我们已经四年级了，长大了，也懂事了，已经很少有人忘带或没带作业了。

They believe that the rating system is partial and will influence the normal teaching order.
As faras I am concerned，students’rating of their teacher is necessary. On the one hand， students can find a more effective way for their study. On the other hand， teachers can be aware of their teaching effectiveness and make some necessary improvement. In a word， it is a good method of benefiting both learning and teaching.
