Spring Festival is the most festive traditional festival in China.

Every Spring Festival Eve, every family is busy preparing for the Spring Festival. Even if you are the busiest, you will also take time to make some traditional food and tea fruits with the characteristics of Spring Festival: steamed fruits, fried heaps, fried oil horns, making rice cakes, etc. Before the Spring Festival, I also went back to the countryside to help. My favorite is frying.

How is the frying heap made? Let me introduce you to the authentic Guangdong special fried pile.

Prepare peanut oil, sugar and glutinous rice flour before frying. Stir the glutinous rice flour with sugar water and rub it into round dough. Slowly pour peanut oil into a large pot and heat it with firewood. When the oil in the pan boils, slowly put the previously rubbed dough into the pan one by one to fry, and keep heating. At this time, we need to use chopsticks to turn the dough in the oil pan gently, so as to avoid the dough sticking to the bottom of the pan and being fried.

After a few minutes, the dough will gradually turn golden and float up. At this time, you need to use the oil to move the dough continuously, and the frying pile will become round.

In about 15 minutes, the dough will turn golden. The frying pile is ready.

At this time, we will use oil to scoop up the frying heaps and put them in the basin. When the frying heaps cool down, we can gather around a table to taste the frying heaps made by ourselves.

We took a little bite. It was crispy and sweet. The taste was good. It was golden and beautiful.

I heard from my grandmother that every family fried fried fried buns before the Spring Festival. It has always been uninterrupted. It means family reunion and sweet life, adding a strong atmosphere for the Spring Festival.

On the occasion of the Spring Festival, I wish you all a happy new year, good health and all the best!

It is noticeable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while Chinese traditional holidays are being somewhat neglected. Old people often complain that Chinese New Year has lost its real meaning. To their astonishment, young people in China who are ignorant about Chinese traditional holidays are crazy about Christmas or Valentine s Day.

There are several possible reasons for this phenomenon. First, western nations, such as the United States and Britain, are powerful and dominant in every aspect. Everything in these countries is assumed to be superior and adored by some modern young people. Second, the prevalence of English as a world language and the development of globalization enable western culture to prevail in China. Overwhelmed by such a trend, Chinese unconsciously get involved in western culture. Last but not least, some Chinese people have blind faith in foreign things while miss our own possessions with contempt.

I am critical of this trend. China boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. In modern times, Chinese tradition should be preserved and promoted. But it seems that young people no longer treasure the traditions. On the contrary, they turn to pursue enthusiastically a supposedly more modern culture. If this trend is allowed to continue, the priceless heritage of our ancestors will be replaced by western traditions. Nobody expects such a consequence. So let s join hand in hand to protect Chinese tradition, especially traditional holidays.

According to our hometown custom, new year's Eve morning, our whole family together to start cleaning. Some of our house swept dust; some cleaned the windows; some were sweeping the floor; some were trailing; everyone was so busy. After all, to buy special purchases for the Spring Festival people on the street, people bustling crowd.

People are greeting the arrival of the Spring Festival. In the afternoon grandma will burn a lot of delicious food, look at what delicious dishes, smell the attractive fragrance of my mouth water will flow down. But grandma said she would have to eat a reunion dinner together when everyone arrived at night. No way, I could only swallow the flow of saliva into my stomach. It was not easy for my sister, uncle, aunt to come together to sit around the table and eat a reunion dinner at night. Chat while eating, talking about the harvest and the hope of the coming year. Everyone was eating, drinking and laughing happily.

The Spring Festival Gala after dinner is not missed. The wonderful music, the graceful dance, touched me deeply. And Zhao Benshan's funny sketch, "you at the same table" is a long program I'm looking forward to. The Spring Festival must be unfamiliar to us. It is our own Chinese holiday. From New Year's Eve to fifteen of the first month, the whole Spring Festival is counted. As the saying goes, there are different winds and different customs in thousands of miles, so I will let you know about the Spring Festival in my hometown. Lunar New Year's day, early in the morning I usually love to sleep in the mother ready to put on my new clothes to get up, after breakfast we all go channeling the door jamb, every family put a pair of red couplets, I looked at the red couplets, saw the family happy wonderfull life the Spring Festival couplets, as if into a string of festive firecrackers, lit up our happy life -- this day out we have to each other each other say bad words pay New Year's call, for example, said, "happy new year, good fortune, good luck in everything -- after the elders will give us a happy red envelopes, children it took the red after singing and dancing happily - in this day all the faces are filled with a happy smile.

The Spring Festival is our Chinese holiday. I love my own holiday - the Spring Festival.
