As children approach adulthood,school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.
Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students' friends and they will deal with the students' problems fairly and equally which will deserve students' trust.Besides,students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least,students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the other's stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers,the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

还记得两年前，我第一次踏进七中的大门，紧张、兴奋瞬间弥漫了全身，这意味着从此我便是一名中学生了。我找到了我的座位，幻想着老师的模样，就在这时，我见到了她。

付老师美在为本班荣誉着想。记得有一次我们班墩地的同学来晚了，付老师竟然亲自拿起墩布为我们班墩地。看着老师忙碌的背影，我的心中有一种莫名的.感受，像是感动和慨叹的结合。还有一次，付老师带领我们初三（3）班同学勇夺接力赛女子第一名。真的出乎我的意料，为了我们班的荣誉，在付老师那并不高的身材下，竟然有着那么惊人的爆发力。
付老师美在对学生负责任。当我们怀着疑惑的心面对一道道难题时，付老师耐心细致的给我们讲解解题的思路。她将我们那颗困惑、堵塞的心带到了题中，带进了举一反三的解题思路中，也带进了趣味无穷的英语天地里；当我们怀着惭愧的心面对错误时，她意味深长的教给我们做人的道理。她将我们那颗幼小、无知的心灵带到了正确的道理中，带进了我们勇敢面对错误的坚强信念中，也带进从错误走向正确的生活中。
付老师还美在讲课生动有趣。她讲的课，是那样丰富多采，每一个章节都仿佛在我们面前打开了一扇窗户，让我看到了一个斑斓的新世界：她讲的课，是那样的新奇有趣，每一个话题都好像在我们面前刷新了一幅图画，让我们听到了一首欢快的交响乐：她讲的课是那样的生动传神，没一个单元都宛如在我们面前摊开了一本崭新的故事书，让我们找到一座属于英语的城堡。
