　　那次，老师给我们默写，老师拿着手机一边看手机一边给我们默写，我们很疑惑，有人就问：“张老师，你是怎么把这词背出来的啊，好厉害啊。”张老师愣了一下，说：“背？我没有背出来啊。”我们疑惑了，又问：“那么张老师，你是如何做到一边看手机一边给我们默写的呢？”“因为我都拍下来了呀，我看手机就是为给你们默写啊，其实我根本就没有背出来，只是看着手机上的'单词然后给你们默写罢了。”我们恍然大悟，说：“想让我背出来，这辈子都不可能。“哈哈哈……”

　　张老师也有凶的一面和好的一面，凶的时候无人敢吭声，高兴的时候就会给我们一点小零食，大家边吃边聊天，快乐极了。

In the second place, the most popular teacher may neither be the most knowledgeable nor the one with the most advanced teaching method. What s the most important; some teachers may become indulgent with their students because of this new system. Only when we deal with these problems successfully can we benefit the most from such a new system.

　　回到家，我把大家召唤在一起。找出闹钟，定上时间，拿出英语课本，打开课文《Themap》一课。郑重地对他们说“今天，我的.作业是要把这一课教会给你们，大家认真完成，谢谢合作啊，拜托！”一边说，一边双手合十做鞠躬状。心想，我容易嘛。“好，开始上课，先教第一句话‘We……have……a…map……’”这一遍我说得很慢。妈妈爸爸悟性最高，学得最快，其实我心知肚明，他们是上过好几年学的产物，经历过学校大家庭无数次的文化熏陶了，自然这点单词不在话下。

　　哎，爷爷奶奶可就不同了，我说了好几遍，还是不会。就在我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转的时候，突然灵光一闪，我想到了我的同学，把中国字标在书上的瞬间。于是，我改变对爷爷奶奶的教学方法，说道“喂、喊、五、鹅、卖、坡”哇，他们像着了魔一样，经过不断地读，反复地练，学得有模有样了。哎呀，一节课的时间终于要结束了，为了巩固练习，下课之前，我又让他们各自说了一遍，这一次，爸爸妈妈说得没问题，爷爷奶奶的英语，真真切切的把我们一家逗得前仰后合啦！哇呀呀！

　　当老师真不容易啊，要面对各种各样的学生，但我还是喜欢当老师，当英语老师，不光能传授知识，还能品味教学的乐趣，一举多得啊！

One day, my sister asked me why was I so confused with English, I told her I did not know, I was so afraid of it. Then she asked me to watch English movie and listened to the English songs.
