　　她又高又瘦，红润的脸上长着两颗水汪汪的大眼睛，她非常负责，她就是我们的英语老师——陈艳玲。

　　有一次英语课，陈老师提着小黑板，精神饱满地急匆匆走进教室，脸上一副既负责又严厉的表情，对我们说：“赶紧拼背单词，一会儿我提问，不会的.人要把我们要求背的单词抄写五遍。” 我们赶紧开始哇哇背起来。过了一会儿，老师一拍手，我们就立马坐端正了，老师开始提问了。我心想：老师会不会让我起来背单词呢？我最怕站起来回答问题。心里想着鬼，鬼果然来啦。老师说：“薛子良，起来，把衣服这个单词拼背一下。”我一下子愣住啦，站在座位上看着黑板，半晌想不起这个单词，陈老师说：“薛子良，你抄写五遍吧。”课堂上，我不敢马虎，认真听老师讲课。

　　嘀铃铃，下课啦，陈老师把我叫到跟前温和地对我说：“子良，你刚才是不是太慌啦，现在把书看一下，再给老师背。”老师和蔼地给我提着每一个单词，我也大胆起来，竟然顺利地全背对啦，我也高兴起来。

　　这就是我们的英语老师，一个既温和又严厉负责的老师。

　　Everyone has his favorite teacher ,so do I. My favourite teacher is Miss Chen, our English teacher. She is humorous, she often tells us many jokes in classes.We felt English very difficuit when we began to study English. Miss Chen had a good idea to solve the problem. One day, Miss Chen came into the classroom with some fruits, such as apples,bananas,and oranges. She said: “Today we are going to learn the names of the fruits. You can eat the fruits if you can tell me their names in English . ”All the students listened carefully and studied hard . Someone even stood up to answer questions. Class was over ,and the fruits were all eaten. From then on ,I am more and more interested in English, and I want to say from my heart: “ Thank you, Miss Chen!”

Others, on the contrary, are strongly against it. They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students rating forms. Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials they use are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject. 　　I think students rating of their teachers is necessary, but it should be conducted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers performance. Instead of rating the teachers knowledge on the subject, students should be asked to estimate what they have learned in a course, and to report on such things as a teachers ability to communicate with students, his or her relationship with students, and his or her ability to arouse students interest in the subject.

　　在读书郎英语培训中心，我最喜欢赵老师。

　　赵老师有一头黑发，她喜欢把它盘起来，有点圆圆的脸上，有一双会说话的眼睛，你能从它的眼睛里，看到鼓励，看到欣慰......她的眼睛上还架着一双红底黑花边眼镜，与她喜欢穿的棕底红白圈裙子很搭，很协调。对了！还有一张健康红润的嘴和一口洁白整齐的牙齿，让赵老师笑得可灿烂了！

　　赵老师教英语教得可好了！她总是讲一些学英语的`小笑话，让我们在捧腹大笑之余，学到有用的英语知识，校正发音；此外，她还常放迪斯尼少儿英语和英语歌给我们看，给我们听，让我们轻轻松松的学英语；她还总是变着法的举办一些英语卡拉ＯＫ，英语表演，英语比赛.....让每个人都有展示自己的舞台；而且她总是鼓励我们，所以，我们的英语每周都会有很大的进步。

　　赵老师不仅是一位良师，还是一位益友。

　　她和我们说话总是笑眯眯的，没有一点老师的架子，还允许我们直呼她的名字，她还经常和我们聊天，帮我们解决问题，聊天时，也不怕说自己的糗事。就说这一次吧！我在做卢老师布置的《金牌学练考》时，遇上了“拦路虎”。我左想右想，怎么也想不出来，急得我抓耳挠腮。就在这时，我想到了赵老师，于是，我带着它去找赵老师。赵老师看了题目后，亲切地说：“‘tom和jim ’是人名，‘tom’是汤姆，‘jim’是杰瑞，‘and’是和的意思，那么‘very are funng ’是什么意思呢？”“是非常风趣的意思”。“对！你很聪明！那么这句话的意思是什么呢？”“是汤姆和杰瑞非常风趣的意思”！通过赵老师的循循善诱，我终于解决了“拦路虎”。

　　还有一次，我和赵老师在ＱＱ里聊天。她指出了我的缺陷，并不时的鼓励我，还风趣的让让我考过国家六级请她吃饭，并耐心的告诉我怎么“戒电视” ，她说道“我以前玩电脑可是高手。有一天，我为了玩电脑，用棉被把门堵住，把窗户堵住，这样就没有光亮了，大人就以为你睡了。然后我就玩了一整夜，第二天听见有声音，赶紧睡了，然后没去上班。睡到下午５点，我爸来叫我，我还说天还没亮呢。”她还让我注意休息，合理安排上网时间。看了赵老师的这些话，我心里暖乎乎的，越来越喜欢她了。

　　和赵老师在一起的时间里，我们可以嘻嘻哈哈，大呼小叫，不用压抑自己的情感，真是爽呆了！酷毙了！

　　赵老师，您的关爱，您的教诲......有如白米饭那样朴实无华，可她恰恰是我最离不开的！

　　赵老师，我永远也不会忘记您的谆谆教诲！
