  An ideal teacher might be anyone who is teaching, no matter how young or old, how tall or short, how fat or thin he might be.

  But an ideal teacher must be enthusiastic. He must never teach anythingthe is not interested in. He should be a little biof an actor and he should not be afraid of showing his feelings and expressing his likes and dislikes. He must like his students and respect them, but he must also respect himself and take pride in his work. Otherwise, he can not respect his students. An ideal teacher should have an understanding of his students and be able to relate to them. He should regard his students as individuals and acknowledge their differences. He must know how to encourage the self-development and growth of each of his students.

  All in all, an ideal teacher is one who is kind, encouraging and helpful to his students. He grows, learns and improves himself along with his students.

  理想的老师可以是任何一位从事教学工作的人,不论他年轻或年长,也不论他是高是矮是胖是瘦。

  如果今天让我跟英语老师角色交换,我会先告诉自己:“要当个受欢迎的好老师,一定不可以整学生哦!”

  我事先很努力的准备课程,我要让我的学生考不倒我,也要让我的学生觉得这堂课程太有意思,原来英语课就是这么好玩,一点也不可怕。

  原本的英语课是从头到尾都在念课文,但我带着他们玩“大风吹”,就是把一个英语单字写在纸上,当我念到那个单字时,写那个单字的人就要互相换位子。

  这个有趣的.游戏,让大家不但玩疯了,还在游戏的进行中,不知不觉的把每个单字的拼法都记忆起来了,大家欲罢不能的吵着要继续玩下去,我觉得很骄傲。

  接下来我要带着学生们到户外活动,一边抓蝴蝶、一边用小草、小花编手环,每一样接触的东西,我就在他们的耳边,把英语念出来,抓一只就念一次,干脆编一首英语歌来唱,把所有的昆虫、花朵都放进歌词,多么有趣呀!

  我要让每个人都敢上表演讲英语,利用分小组的方式,只要上台就能加分,学期末就换礼物,让大家变的更有胆量,也更不怕上台了。

  只要用心当老师,每个人都会喜欢上任何一种课,我这个英语老师扮演的还不赖吧!

  我们班的英语老师也是我们的班主任。

  他是一个大约四十多岁的中年男子,个子不高,但有着一口浑厚的嗓音,读起英文来很是好听。

  当然被分进他的班之前,就听过他的英语教学很棒。现在想想,这个好听的嗓音也是功不可没。

  老师平时上课的.时候会让我们先跟读,之后再自己朗读,课后再布置一些需要背诵的片段。

  有一次,我偷懒没有认真地背诵,结果课堂上被抽查到,于是放学后被留堂了。

  那天被抽查到的好几个同学都不会,所以放学后我们被安排在老师办公室外先再背诵,等熟练了再背给老师听,过关了才可以回家。我自己背诵的时候还可以,可一面对老师就背得磕磕绊绊,好在老师也没有为难我,终于放我过关了。

  还有一次,学校举行班级集体歌唱比赛,老师帮我们一起挑歌,而且他自己做指挥,也要先跟着练起来。

  第一次他在我们面前亮嗓地时候,都把我们给惊艳到了,原来他不仅英语说的好,连唱歌也好听。

  做为英语老师,我们大家都很喜欢上他的课,即使课上有抽查也不怕;做为班主任,他带领我们班拿了不少地荣誉,我觉得他是一个很棒的老师。

  转眼间,进入七年级,差不多三个月的接触,她给我的印象是工作认真,教学严谨,她对待学生和蔼可亲,平易近人,是我心目中的好老师。

  许老师上平时上课十分严肃,不允许每个人上课做与课堂无关的事情。记得那次上英语课时,我趁老师在黑板上写字时,悄悄地把纸条扔给正在听讲的王同学,当我仍纸条的那一刹间,不巧的是被老师发现了,当时我面红耳赤害怕极了,心里特别紧张,老师快步走过来,她走的每一步让我胆战心惊,于是老师严肃地对我说:“上课要认真听讲,做好笔记,怎么能做小动作呢?下次可不能这样了。”我羞愧地低下了头,后悔极了,可当我犯错误时老师没有批评我,反而用温和的语气教育我,使我明白了老师的良苦用心和善良。

  许老师也是有耐心的'人,有一次因为几道英语题老师在课上讲了好几遍,我没能理解。下课后我就跑去办公室找老师讲解,只见老师表情严肃地坐在椅子上,眉毛紧皱,可是眼里却迸发出“温和″的目光,忽视了会儿,站起来说:“你没长记性啊!”那句话说得相当刺耳。接着,老师就耐心地讲解起来,讲得那么认真、仔细,虽说老师不是个大理论家,但是话一出口便滔滔不绝,听得我很投入,终于那几道题被我迎刃而解了。

  这次期中考试对我来说很重要,因为我以前的英语成绩一般,期中考试英语分数提高很大的,要感谢许老师的教导有方,每次上课时,老师总是耐心地讲解知识点,遇到重点语法时,会提醒我们做好笔记。如果有同学不认真听讲,老师会及时找他谈话,沟通学习中遇到的难题。

  正是有这样位认真负责的老师,我的成绩差老师一直没放弃,总是听到老师很多很多鼓励的话语。心里特别高兴,当同学们英语单词听写没过关时,老师会挤出时间坚持辅导的。那一次次温馨的画面浮现在眼前,打饭时充满慈详的眼神,考试失败时耐心地鼓励,让我相信只要坚持就一定会有结果,跑步摔倒了你那温暖的搀扶……

  在我心里还在打鼓的时候,鞠老师宣布上课了。她上课的方式很奇特:当我们全班把书拿出来时,老师却把电脑打开了,打开了电子课本,不用英语书教我们了。鞠老师对着电子课本,带领着我们做游戏一样地读了几遍课文,然后叫我们全班同学分角色对话了几遍。不一会儿,我们全班居然背上了“Story Time”和“Cartoon Time”,我们大家都觉得丝毫没有费劲,还很好玩呢。接下来,鞠老师又教我们背单词,“rubber”和“ruler”,这两个单词,我们总是分不清:谁是“橡皮”、谁是“小尺”。正当大家在发愁的时候,鞠老师看到我们抓耳挠腮的样子,教我们一个绝招:“rubber ”中的两个“b”是像两块橡皮竖在那儿;“ruler”中的“l”像个小尺。只要记住开头的“ru”和结尾的“er”就行了。看!鞠老师一下子就把这两个单词教给我们了,是不是很厉害?

  上完英语课本上的内容,就开始写课课练。这题是判断题,老师说了一个错的题目,全班同学立马笑成了一锅粥。鞠老师灵机一动,立马说:“再笑的人我就不喜欢了!”这句话虽然不是很响,但是说也奇怪,这一天,我们全班人都不敢有风吹草动了。可第二天,如法炮制,又是这样。但是鞠老师每次都能以各种方法解决。就拿今天做课课练来说吧,我们全班都在叽叽喳喳地说答案。老师见状,又讲了个故事。我心想:这不是英语课吗?啥时候变成讲故事课了?“有个人,考试的'时候,他旁边坐的是成绩不太好的学生。他就想,学习不好的人都是错的,不如我把他的答案反过来写……结果,他考了满分。”这招真灵!立马,我们班的人再也不敢胡说答案了。老师仿佛很开心,又很得意!

  鞠老师不仅教我们课文和单词很厉害,对付同学们的乱讲话也有招,还对我很关爱。记得有一次,我英语书上的星星达到了二十颗,就开心地跑到办公室,找鞠老师换礼品。鞠老师带着微笑给我一支圆珠笔,眼中发出赞扬的目光。我接过笔,说声:“Thank you,Miss Ju.”正准备离开,让我意想不到的事发生了:鞠老师把我喊回来,又给了我一支圆珠笔,摸着我的头说:“这是额外奖励你的,希望你学英语越来越好。”我既兴奋又惊讶,鞠老师对我真好!

  那节课刚开始,Miss Mo便踏着铃声走进教室。先自我介绍了一番,让我们了解了解,然后讲课,她拿出一叠卡片,我一看,晕!原来是二十六个字母。不会吧……我们已经六年级了耶!不会还教26字母吧!我果然猜对了,接着,她让我们一组一组读一张张卡片,上面全是字母。后来让我们两个两个念,三个三个念,还让我们倒着读,结果是:全班没有一个错的`。我想:这也太低估我们了吧,六年级还教字母。没想到后面还有更“低估”的,居然让我们唱ABC歌!老师一边拍掌一边唱,我们只好也焉焉地跟着唱了起来:“ABCDEFG,HIJKLMN.......”接着,老师在黑板上写下英语四线格,在黑板上一边写一边说:“A要这样写,B要这样……”最后,老师说:“今天的作业是:把26个字母大小写各写一遍!”说完走了出去。哐!全班晕倒!

  下课了,我问同学们:“你觉得上得怎么样?”十有八九都说:“简单到极端了!”呵呵,有同感耶!

  This, however, has caused great controversy。 Some are in favor of the rating system。 They hold that since students attend the teachers classes everyday, they should have their opinion about their teachers' effectiveness。 Others, on the contrary, are strongly against it。 They think that students' rating is easy to administer and score, but it also is easy to abuse。 They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students' rating forms。 Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject。These judgments require professional knowledge, which is best left for the teachers' colleagues。

  I think students' rating of their teachers is necessary, but it should be conducted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers' performance。 Instead of rating the teachers' knowledge on the subject, students should be asked to estimate what they themselves have leaned in a course, and to report on such things as a teacher's ability to communicate with students, his relationship with students, and his ability to arouse interest in the subject。

  in sum, there is a great deal one cangit out of being a teacher. i suppose not all teachers get all that they can out of their profession. some may get very little. but for those who are suited by temperament to be teacher,it is a perfect job.
