在我三年级的时候，换了一个新英语老师，叫张老师。
张老师长的不是很漂亮，个子高高的，也不胖。张老师比较幽默，总讲一些好笑的事情，指导我们逗得哈哈大笑，把窗外正休息的鸟儿都惊飞了。
那次，老师给我们默写，老师拿着手机一边看手机一边给我们默写，我们很疑惑，有人就问：“张老师，你是怎么把这词背出来的啊，好厉害啊。”张老师愣了一下，说：“背？我没有背出来啊。”我们疑惑了，又问：“那么张老师，你是如何做到一边看手机一边给我们默写的`呢？”“因为我都拍下来了呀，我看手机就是为给你们默写啊，其实我根本就没有背出来，只是看着手机上的单词然后给你们默写罢了。”我们恍然大悟，说：“想让我背出来，这辈子都不可能。“哈哈哈……”
张老师也有凶的一面和好的一面，凶的时候无人敢吭声，高兴的时候就会给我们一点小零食，大家边吃边聊天，快乐极了。

我们的.英语老师个子不高，戴着一副眼镜，声音很洪亮，尤其是在上课的时候。
李老师的教学就是有一套，提起这件事，还得从我三年级的时候说呢！当时在三年级的时候，我还不知道我英语连续考了六次一百分，mr李每次都给我记着，最后在英语课上表扬了我，还给我发了表扬信，把我评为“英语小博士”，还跟我握手，我的心激动了好久，从此，不止是我一个人，全班几乎所有人都喜欢上了英语这门课。
Mr李还定了一条新规定，他买了许多奖章，有“明星学生”、“优秀学生”和“进步学生”。 Mr李还经常鼓励、关心学生。我们得用比差生多两倍的工夫，还会从“明星学生”、“优秀学生”中被挤出来。我呢，由于考试成绩稍有疏忽，自然被挤到了“优秀学生”啦！
每天中午，mr李都挤出自己休息的时间，来给我们背书，改作业。

Having learned English for more than ten years, I＇ve met several English teachers. Each has his or her own strong points. The following are some of my ideas about what an ideal English teacher should be like.
First, an ideal English teacher should have correct pronunciation and intonation. When we learn a language, we hear it mostly from our teacher. If the teacher is not correct in his pronunciation and intonation, how can he expect his students to be right? Second, an ideal English teacher should be fluent in his spoken English. He must be able to express himself well in English. Third, an ideal teacher should have a good command of both the English language and his mother tongue. He should be clearly aware of the differences between the two languages and the two cultures. Moreover, an ideal English teacher should have a strong sense of humor so that he can keep his classroom filled with laughter. Finally, an ideal English teacher should know the art of teaching and be able to motivate his students to study and equip them with the correct way of learning English.

Now some people argue that learning with a teacher is better than learning by oneself. First of all, learning by oneself is a more personalized way for study improvement. Knowledge can be better obtained if one employs a more suitable study method. It's only by learning by oneself that one can find the most suitable way to acquire knowledge. In addition, one could concentrate on one's study when learning by oneself. Last but not the least, learning by oneself can improve one's independent learning ability, which is beneficial to one's life. Learning by oneself can provide one access to deep thoughts, which are beneficial to one's logical thinking and decision-making.
Generally speaking, learning by oneself is more efficient than learning with a teacher. Although learning with a teacher can help one in different ways, it's only by one's own effort that one can make progress. So it's more important to acquire knowledge by oneself than learn with a teacher. (200 words)
