　　Dear Manager,

　　Much to my regret, I write this to place a complaint against one of your shop-assistants concerning bad service in the course of our shopping yesterday.

　　Yesterday at about ten o’clock in the morning, my husband, a lady friend of ours and I, came to your shop with the intention of buying some souvenirs. One of your shop-assistants, whose badge number was 15 if I got it right, was asked to remove the dust from some of the bronze statues in order that our friend might have a good look at these objects before making up her mind to buy. Under such a suitation, it was the assistant’s duty either to do what she was asked to do or to explain why she was unable to comply with such a request.

　　Instead of attending to her duty and acting in a polite manner, the assistant turned a deaf ear to our request and walked away murmuring in a sarcastic manner that our friend was foolish in asking for the removal of the dust. Great was our embarrassment in such an awkward situation.

　　We ask you to look into this unsatisfactory state of affairs and to take steps to prevent a similar recurrnce of such offensive behavior in future. The lady in question is from New Zealand and it would be a pity if she should form an unfavorable impression of the service in this city.

In addition to help us to do something, also can give people comfort or encourage others, for example: after the show, give people a applause, let people have more confidence; or when people feel depressed, to comfort him with their hands to pat his back, like with their own hands to show for others, or with their own hands to write cards to comfort others. All these things make our hands more valuable.

　　However, some people don't know how to use their own hands. All kinds of ways to make their hands become unbearable.
