When it comes to the choice of whether to study abroad or at home, different people have different opinions. Some see more advantages to overseas study, while others believe that the disadvantages outweigh its advantages.
时的选择是否出国留学或在家里,不同的人有不同的观点。海外研究一些看到更多的优势,而另一些人则认为缺点大于它的优点。
With the deepening of reform and opening-up of our country, many people can go abroad for further study. They insist that there are more modern research facilities, world famous professors and excellent environment in some foreign colleges and universities, which lay a perfect foundation for their future development. However, there are still many people who favor studying at home. They argue that, for one thing, studying abroad is too expensive and therefore doesn't pay off. For another, there are no language and cultural barriers if they study in our country.
随着我国改革开放的深入,许多人能出国深造。他们坚持认为,有更多的现代研究设施,世界著名的'教授和优秀的环境,在一些国外院校,为未来的发展奠定一个完美的基础。然而,仍然有许多人喜欢在家学习。他们认为,首先,出国留学太贵,因此不偿还。另一方面,没有语言和文化障碍,如果他们在我们的国家学习。
Just as the old saying goes, “Every advantage has its disadvantage,” so I believe both opinions are acceptable in some sense. If students have the chances and financial resources, they should seize the opportunity to go abroad and broaden their eyes. On the other hand, if conditions don't permit, they can pursue their studies at top universities in our country. What counts is not the place where they study, but what they can learn.

（二）I like PE 我喜欢体育课
I would spend the most of my PE lesson to exercise rather than study in class. There are various activities, such as playing table tennis, playing football and so on. While, I just love running, especially the long-distance running for it exercises my endurance and perseverance.Not only it is beneficial to prevent and cure diseases, but it can alleviate my pressure from study.
So, every time I have difficulty in my study, I always run on the playground for relax. Then I would feel better and focus on my study again.
我会把大部分的体育课花在锻炼上而不是在教室里学习。有各种各样的活动,比如打乒乓球,踢足球等等。然而我只是喜欢跑步,尤其是长跑因为它可以锻炼我的耐力和毅力。它不仅有利于预防、治疗疾病,而且它可以缓解我的.学习压力。

（四）我的机会观 My view on opportunity

机不可失，时不再来。 机遇常常悄然而去。因此，奉劝诸君珍惜机遇，谨慎处之。
每当机遇降临，伴之而来的是成功的希望， 但是机遇不能自行实现成功。假如你要取得成就或要实现你的雄心壮志，你必须努力工作、艰苦奋斗、准备好条件。否则，机遇来临时你却无法利用。显然，为了能够完全适应我们未来的工作，我们必须做好一切可能的'准备。
成功者与失败者之间的区别就在于处理机遇的态度。成功者做好充分准备迎接机遇的适时来临，而失败者工作懒散，眼看着机遇悄然而过。可见，两种不同的对待机遇的态度导致了截然不同的后果。
我的观点时，在我们的社会里人人都有许多机遇，但是只有那些做好充分准备并且高度称职的人才能利用机遇达到自己目的。
Opportunities don't come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them with care.
When an opportunity presents itself, it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfill one of your ambitions you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you. It is clear that in order to be highly qualified for out future jobs, we should make every possible preparation.
The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see them pass by. Obviously, the two different attitudes towards opportunities may lead to quite different consequences.
In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve their purpose.
（五）Knowledge or Experience 知识或经验
Directions： You are allowed 40 minutes to write an essay no less than 150 words on the following topic.

Which is more important in life， knowledge from the books you read， or personal experience you gain in reality？ The answer may vary from person to person. The young， educated may emphasize the former， and the old may stress the later. But in my opinion， they are of the same importance.
Experience is priceless. How to become an efficient secretary？ How to prepare for your first child to come into the world？ There is so much experience we need in careers， in life and even in academic studies. It helps one deal with the problems with ease and confidence. Especially activities and to accumulate experience of different kinds is more crucial.
Experience， however， is limited in terms of time and space. For one thing， it is impossible for anyone to experience all the important events and meet all the famous people. For another， as the speed with which skills are obsolete and new problems crop up is unprecedented because of the fast development of society， experience is far less adequate. Depending too much on it only leads to narrow-mindedness and prejudice.
One way to compensate for it is to read books. Books of various kinds can bring us almost unlimited additional experience. From books you can not only trace back to the wisdom of our antecedents， but keep up with the latest developments of science and technology. To be sure， it's secondhand experience. But it is the ideal supplement to our own limited experience. Few of us can travel around the world， or live long beyond one hundred years， but all of us can live many lives by reading books.
Both book knowledge and personal experience are essential. While experience makes one more resourceful， book knowledge makes one more learned.
在生活中更重要的是，从你读到的书中，或是你在现实中获得的个人经验，答案可能因人而异。年轻的，受过教育的人可能会强调前者，而老年人可能会强调后者。但在我看来，他们同样重要。

I think reading is important in the whole life for people. There are many benefits of reading. Firstly, reading increases our knowledge and we can learn the world affairs without going out. Secondly, reading is a good way to improve reading and writing skills. Before you learn to write, you must know how others write. Thirdly, reading can broaden our knowledge and horizon, which is important to job hunting in the future. Finally, reading helps us become self-cultivation that would be beneficial to our whole life. Therefore, start to reading, no matter how old you are and what you are doing. Then, you may find the great charm and benefits of reading.
我认为阅读对人们来说是终身受用的。阅读有许多好处。首先，读书可以使我们增长见识，不出门，便可知天下事。其次，读书能够使我们的阅读和写作能力得到提高。在你学会如何写之前，你得首先知道别人怎么写。再者，阅读能扩宽我们的知识面和眼界，这对我们将来找工作是很重要的'。最后，阅读使我们变得有修养，这对我们一生都是很有好处的。因此，不管你现在多大，不管你在干什么，现在就开始读书吧。然后，你就会发现阅读的魅力和好处了。
